No issue number, no date, circa 1962. NOTE: This publication mentions 1960 in the text so it's at least 1961 or 1962. In addition, the photo on the first page shows women's hair styles from that era. The Comics Code Authority pamphlet was published by the CCA to explain their history, procedures, commendations and standards. Includes the complete general standards for editorial and advertising material adopted in 1954. Single 11-in. x 17-in. sheet folded to form a pamphlet measuring 8 1/2-in. x 11-in. Since it was mailed in an envelope, it has three folds which would have produced a size of 3 1/2-in. x 8 1/2-in. to fit in a business envelope. In fact, the back page is formatted for this folding. Black and white with spot blue color.
