"I Was a Fugitive from Love" with art by Bob Powell - Pat and Greg are engaged, but Pat's sister Pauline says Greg has 'been turned down by every girl in town!" (including Pauline) When Greg refuses to "explain" his past, Pat breaks their engagement and leaves town, moving in with college friend Ellen and getting a job as a stenographer. She falls in love with wealthy Roger, only to learn his father's bank is about to go broke and they're counting on Donna's money to save it. Donna leaves town for an "inexpensive resort," where she hides her economic status. Donna falls in love with Milt, but mistakenly thinks he's also a fortune hunter. Milt explains that he's rich, and hid his wealth to discourage women gold-diggers. Since they're financially compatible, Donna and Milt can wed. "Blind Love" with pencils by Joe Kubert - Newspaper columnist Joyce pities her childhood friend Dora, now movie star Dorine, because "she had lost any knowledge or feeling of romance in the false tinsel of her life!" Joyce refuses to be part of the scheme, because she loves Ronald herself -- and he reciprocates her affections. Plus: 2-page text story "My Jealous Heart"! 32 pages, full color. Cover price $0.10.
