Hi. I have been a customer for about 5 years, and have sold a couple of times and have always been pleased with the amounts you were willing to offer and the experience has always been pleasant. I have also bought several times, and think your prices and customer service are the best. Those things keep me coming back, but the real reason I think you are the best is illustrated by a recent experience I had. I had placed a very small order for a single magazine. There was a problem with the payment, due to my own fault completely. It would have been very understandable if after you informed me of the problem, you had just moved on to the next thing, especially since the order was so small. I was having some trouble fixing the problem (again, due to my own fault), and Grace, the Service Representative that was helping me, was very patient and understanding, and helped me until the problem was solved and I got the magazine I ordered. I really felt like a valued customer, and appreciate that you took the time to help with what was probably the smallest order that you had for that day. Going above and beyond like that is why MCS is tops with me. Thanks!

Hey Guys! Greetings from the land down under! I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for the magazine! I was searching for a very specific, vintage action figure collecting magazine (From 1996). When I saw that you guys not only had it but it was at a brilliant price I jumped on it! I was super-grateful to find out you would happily ship it to me in Australia. I don’t imagine you would get a huge amount of customers from here, so it may have come as a shock. To save money, I must confess I picked the slow economy shipping option (which was very reasonably priced!) and then it shows up today… only 19 days later! That’s incredible. On top of that, the way my item was packaged, in an epic strong box, bagged up with a firm cardboard backing. I was impressed, I wasn’t expecting such above and beyond care. I have never bought from a comic book store before so I wasn’t sure where to set my expectations, but I surely wouldn’t have gone this high right off the bat! You guys are awesome. The magazine is minty fresh like it's out of a time warp from 1996. I haven’t read the article I bought it for yet, but I am a little afraid to open it considering it looks like a museum piece all wrapped up as it is! So good! Many sincere thanks to your entire team for not just offering brilliant quality products but also service that was kind and understanding, even when I had a slight mishap at the checkout, and then on to packaging with such unexpectedly amazing care. I am not sure how deep I will dive into comic books, but as a first experience with a comic book store… you certainly have killed it with the first impressions!
