I have been collecting comics since 1978 after watching The Incredible Hulk on TV beginning with Hulk #221. I was a customer of Lone Star Comics back in the early 80's and I visited your store on East Abram Street in Arlington in 1981 during a family trip to Six Flags Over Texas. I bought Fantasy Masterpieces #1 for $5 back then and it was, at the time, the oldest book I owned. And I still have it. On a subsequent trip in 1984, I bought Fantastic Four Annual #3 (wedding of Reed and Sue). I still have both of them. I also bought the paperbacks "Origins of Marvel Comics" and "Son of Origins" in the slipcase and received a Marvel Mini-Book, Minnie the Model (the "smallest comic ever made") as a bonus for buying that slipcase set. Thanks for reviewing my comics for sale.

This is my first time as a comic seller, but I want you to know I grew up in Arlington, TX where I frequented many of the stores as a kid. I used to walk from the Chinese restaurant on Cooper St. (near Mayfield) to the Lone Star Comics in that same shopping center, which is actually where I purchased most of the issues that I own. I practically lived at that store. Most of my comics were put away in comic protectors after I read them, and they've been stored in them ever since. I emailed your buying department yesterday and was told that I could bring my transaction into your warehouse in person in order to save on shipping costs. I appreciate you allowing me to do so!
