I just wanted to send you some positive feedback regarding your system for buying comics from customers. After logging a number of books in the previous days, I sent in a shipment of old and new books a couple weeks ago. Firstly, I think your system for logging comics is great and easy to use. The recommended grades are great, too, though in my case I don't really need them. After sending the shipment in and it was reviewed, I think there were a half dozen books we disagreed on as far as grades go, but the discrepancy was only half a grade or so and pretty miniscule as far as I'm concerned. I think you've got a couple of things that any competitors might find hard to match: 1.) Your communication as far as what a customer needs to do is top-notch and easy to follow. It's pretty tough to not know what you have to do next or what step in the process your order is currently sitting in. 2.) Your customer service is fantastic as far as going the extra mile to answer questions and communicate with the customer. I just wanted to forward this to you because working in the Internet Customer Service/Software business myself, I know sometimes you hear the ass-end of the deal more often than not, regardless of the good job you may be doing overall. I've just submitted a couple more invoices for shipments to you guys and imagine I will continue to do so in the future. Thanks much, man!
