I was finally able to get my trade comics to your downtown Arlington store on Saturday and, with the capable help of John, got them ready for transfer to your office. God, I love your store! People were talking about comics, games, the weather, and just life in general. I miss that so much down here in Round Rock. Your comic selection is so much better. I grew up on DC, but in the last few years I have come to enjoy the independents. Locally, even when I order some Dark Horse, Image, or heaven forbid, Virgin, G-fan, Moonstone, or Uncle Scrooge, I have a fifty percent chance of getting it. By the way, I had forgotten it, but when I checked my records, I learned that back on June 27, 1977 I ordered a comic book from you in response to an ad in TBG #190. My notes from then states that the book arrived July 7, 1977, and that, "The book was in NM condition + well protected by cardboard + an envelope + tape." I've now sold almost all my collection, so we probably won't do business again, but it's been good to both buy from and sell to you.

I had ordered these comics back in early January, expecting them to arrive in a reasonable shipping time (customs included). When they had not arrived by March, I wrote a concerned email questioning the status of my order. Your customer service was very receptive, sending me a second shipment to replace the first one I thought lost. However, a few days before it arrived, I had discovered my first shipment had not been lost at all, but had been signed for by a neighbor, who had forgotten to tell me of the package. I am returning the (unopened) second shipment to you. I also must thank you. As I have said, your customer service was friendly and tremendously helpful, writing back to me the same day as I sent my email. I have purchased comics from you before, and this experience convinces me more than ever of your reliability and professionalism.

I've got quite a lot of customers and other dealers that are using your site for orders, trading, or both. I can't say enough good things about the amazing system you set up, and I appreciate all the hard work all of you do to make sure that everything is always perfect with our order. I think one out of my two experiences with another giant mail order place was really horrible and assured I'd never use them again. I've heard the same from other customers, but at MyComicShop, I've had a handful of tiny mistakes out of hundreds of orders. That's an amazing ratio and you always go above and beyond to make things right.

Hello. A while back, I e-mailed you guys about a mistake made in one of my orders, and I was a little harsh with the e-mail I sent. Nonetheless, you responded right away, and I received a replacement issue of one of the expensive comics I ordered, no questions asked. Quite frankly, you guys are the best comic shop on the Internet, and I've felt bad about getting mad ever since it happened. I always order from you guys, and the one time you made a mistake, I got angry. I apologize for that because there is nobody better on the net than you guys! In the past, I have bought from both you and your competitor, and it seems that your competitor screws up on my orders one out of two times, and just recently, I e-mailed them about some of the mistakes they made (and I was pretty nice about it), and in return, I received a very rude e-mail.
Since then, I e-mailed them and told them to take me off any of their lists, and I would never do business with them again. After that, it seemed as if a few e-mails came my way asking what they could do to make it up to me, and the best response would be, "Go away because you guys are nowhere near as cool as Mycomicshop/Lonestar Comics!" So in conclusion, I'll finally wrap things up by saying sorry again for the one time I was upset, and thank you for being the best place on the web to buy comics from! YOU GUYS RULE!
