Rhyming reporter Scoop Scuttle battles Varicose Vane, provider of Vitamin V, in a story by comics legend Basil Wolverton. The Pirate Prince's aide Black Mask is captured by an enemy who discovers "his" secret. Also featuring a text biography of notorious comics legend Bob Wood.
