This early superhero title was one of the comics that made publisher Lev Gleason a major player during the Golden Age. Scarecrow and Pee Wee get stranded at sea and are rescued by a whaling ship. Sniffer tries to convince his visiting cousin that he lives in a (borrowed) penthouse apartment, and chaos inevitably ensues. The last Sniffer story in this series. Daredevil attempts a daring midair rescue, in one of his final appearances in the title that bears his name.
