Aboard a freighter at sea, the Little Wise Guys try to get a blind man's fortune back from crooks. Dilly Duncan names his dog Spunky, after a suggestion sent in by a Daredevil Comics reader. The Little Wise Guys build and launch their own houseboat and soon get involved in a naval battle with bad guys.
