Pioneering comics publisher David McKay's Feature Book was the first US comic book to devote complete issues to a single character. This issue reprinted classic Dick Tracy comic strips from 1935-1936. This "very limited" reprint edition can be easily identified by the reprint notice on the inside front cover.
