This issue reprints strips from Sept. 26 - Oct. 27, 1935. Tracy temporarily becomes Chief of Police in small-town Homeville to reduce crime. But his arrival coincides with that of gangsters Cut and Muscle Famon, and their equally deadly mother, Maw Famon.
