Stories and art by Chester Gould and Bill Ely. Dell reprints the original comic-strip adventures of legendary tough cop Dick Tracy and his rogues gallery of freakish enemies. This issue reprints strips from Nov. 14 - Dec. 27, 1934. Temporarily deputized as a federal agent, Tracy tracks Boris Arson across the country when the criminal genius plans to rob six safes in six different states, all at the same time. But the criminal has a knack for escape, and leads Tracy and Pat Patton on a merry chase with the help of cronies like Cutie Diamond and his own sister, Zora Arson. The backup feature by Bill Ely stars tough cop Jim O'Brien, a plainclothes detective nicknamed The Iron Man. Also featuring a PSA on bicycle safety.
