Temporarily deputized as a federal agent, Tracy tracks Boris Arson across the country when the criminal genius plans to rob six safes in six different states, all at the same time. This issue reprints the strips from January 23 – March 16, 1941. Escaped mental patient Selbert Depool kills his father and hides out in his mothers house. Mrs. Depool hides Selbert from the police and Dick Tracy, but the situation cannot end well. 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.00.
