The series gained fame in modern times (as seen on PBS's History Detectives) as one of the few 1950s comics to portray Black characters in a non-stereotypical, realistic manner. Secretary Sylvia is torn between her bosses Don and Bill, romantically and professionally, and Don's free spending isn't helping - but is he on the up-and-up?
