Early Barks reprint. 25th Anniversary Issue. #300, September 1965, 12c. Number/Month on Cover: 10011-509, September. Issue has Mickey Mouse and Goofy as Sherlock Mouse and Doctor Goofy in "The Hound of Basketville," the Marvelous Mad Madam Mim in "Almost a Princess," Donald Duck in "Three Dirty Little Ducks" (a reprint), and Daisy Duck's Diary in "Bored with Boys." Issue also has one-page text features "It's Our Birthday! We're Twenty-Five Years Old," the story behind the comic book with a picture of the first issue of Walt Disney's Comics and Stories and "On Money." Cover proclaims the comic as the "25th Anniversary Issue ? 1940 to 1965." The Donald Duck story is by Carl Barks. Art and story credits on other stories: unknown. 36 pages, full color. Cover price $0.12.
