Art by Luke McDonnell, Akin, and Garvey. Story takes place between Iron Man (1968-96 1st Series) #187 and #188. Erik Josten is down on his luck. Formerly known as Power Man (a title he would soon lose to Luke Cage), then later he was a small time hood known as the Smuggler. Josten was once strong enough to go toe-to-toe with Wonder Man. Now, his powers are fading. He seeks out Dr. Karl Malus, a mad scientist who experiments on people with super-powers. When Malus is finished, Josten finds himself even more powerful than before. With the ability to grow to giant size, Josten now calls himself Goliath! Can even the combined power of Iron Man and Wonder Man along with the word's greatest marksman, Hawkeye, hope to defeat this new menace? 48 pages.
