When this particular meeting goes horribly awry when the group doesn't like Allen's latest, most controversial, idea for the group, they choose to use a heretofore previously unused by-law allowing them to impeach Allen as acting chairman! In the second part of "Collectors City Club," the members of the club feel guilty after Allen quits the group, guilt that leads to them reflecting back about the hilarious, screwy ideas Allen had in the past and what led them to impeaching him. They also remember that it was Allen who started the group in the first place. So, they decide they have to get him back, but with Allen's pride having been stung, getting him to rejoin the club proves more difficult than they imagined when the demands Allen makes are, of course, typical Allen hilarity.
