After his girlfriend Tess is abducted by Big Boys thugs and her father murdered, Dick Tracy joins the police force. He goes undercover with Big Boys gang to find and rescue her – but shes being forced to take part in the gangs next heist. 48 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.95.
