If mayhem could be refined, its architect would be Sebastian O. The hero of the piece is Sebastian O, a quick-talking Oscar Wildean dandy and an expert escapologist, who has somehow learned a secret that threatens the existence of a very important, very exclusive Club - enough that they have him incarcerated in Bedlam asylum. If only he could remember what the secret is.
