A while later when Jolt stops by Citizen V's office, he spins a lengthy tale of half-truths and half-lies. Which explains or explains away how Erik Josten, Abner Jenkins, Melissa Gold, Norbert Ebersol, and Dr. Karla Sofen -- all former Masters of Evil -- became the Thunderbolts!
