Script by Stan Lee, pencils by Dick Ayers, inks by Frank Giacoia (as "Frankie Ray"). 4-page feature, "Meet the Howling Commandos" (pencils by Kirby?). Reprints: "Lord Ha-Ha's Last Laugh" (from Sgt. Fury 4) and "At the Mercy of Baron Stucker" (from issue 5). Scripts by Lee, pencils by Kirby, inks by George Roussos (as "George Bell"), plus Jack Kirby reprints from Sgt. Fury 4 and 5.
