Script by Stan Lee, art by Steve Ditko; Dr. Octopus organizes the Sinister Six, composed of other Spider-Man Villains; They capture Betty Brant and Aunt May and force Spider-Man to rescue them. Cameos by the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Iron Man, Giant Man, and the Wasp.
