    L.B. Cole cover. An odd mix of crime stories and children's funnies. The crime stories include "Crimson Trail of the Lipstick Slayer" (art by Cole), and "Midsummer Night's Horror." The funnies include "Sliver O'Timber, the Pirate Puppet" (art by C.W. Winter), and "Twisted Tales." Two page text story, "For Value Received." Parts of this issue were used in Seduction of the Innocent. The entire issue is reprinted in All-Famous Crime #9. Cover price $0.10.
