There is also a Questions and Answers with some fascinating insights (e.g. "Q: Wouldn't mankind by this point have drastically altered such needs as sleep, food? A: Probably... but if we did it... the great percentage of viewers would be repulsed."). Binding is standard screenplay format: two-hole punched with brass brads with pages printed on one side.
