    Harvey sent this flyer out to retail toy buyers to participate in their nationwide Top Toy and Hobby Christmas promotion, circa 1959. "Millions of kids will look for and buy from teh stores that display the Harvey window streamer and official seals. This point-of-sale material is available to you free of charge." Mattel's "Shootin' Shell" cap pistols has a full page and Harvey has a full page utilizing their jack-in-the-box logo and covers of all their titles. Other toys include Slinky, AMT models, Radio Flyer red wagon, Roadmaster bicycles and lots more. Extremely scarce. Flyer is folded three times to form 7 1/2-in. x 9 3/4-in. Unfolded, it measures 22 1/4-in. long x 9 3/4-in. Full color.
