The front cover features a tribute to Albert L. Kanter (1897-1973) founder of Classics Illustrated and a picture of the cover of Classic Comics #1 (1941). The Rare Classics Memorabilia Show was sponsored by the Chicago Comiccon and the Classics Collectors fanzine (formerly know as Worldwide Classics Newsletter). 12 pages, B&W, 5.75-in x 8.75-in, no cover price.
