Produced by Tom Devlin of Highwater Books, this San Diego Comic Con exclusive was given away by cartoonist Joe Chiapetta, as Highwater Books didn't have an official presence at the convention. This "Marvel Benefit Issue" was free and titled as such as a joke on Marvel who had just declared bankruptcy.
