After returning from the Mad Dimension in Marvel Team-Up #52, the Sentinel of Liberty takes Sam Wilson and Leila Taylor to the SHIELD psychiatric ward -- in hopes that the doctors can reverse the effects of the Night People's shock treatment. While Cap is touring the facility, he passes the isolation cell of a very unusual inmate. It's a man that seems to be half-dead and half-alive at the same time! Eventually, Cap leaves the facility and goes to visit Sharon Carter. However back at the psychiatric ward, the strange inmate morphs into a powerful creature called Agron! And the only superhero around to stop him is the Falcon! Good luck to the shield-slinger's partner! Cameo appearances by Brother Wonderful and Brother Inquisitor. Needless to say, the shield-slinger's head is spinning! The crazy situation doesn't get better after Zola commands Doughboy to fly everyone to Switzerland. Where Cap meets Zola's next creation: Primus! Meanwhile back in the United States, Sharon Carter rejoins SHIELD to find Steve Rogers and uncover the secrets behind File 116. Origin of Armin Zola.
