"Frogman" is not a frog-powered superhero, but a 1950s term for underwater special-ops soldiers. Frogmen in explosive vehicles target an underwater holding pen for enemy subs. Special forces are assigned to rescue a captured agent from enemy territory. In a fanciful story, pirates use barrels filled with air to become the first "frogmen" during a harbor raid.
