Mattel's "Shootin' Shell" cap pistols has a full page and Harvey has a full page utilizing their jack-in-the-box logo and covers of all their titles. Other toys include Slinky, AMT models, Radio Flyer red wagon, Roadmaster bicycles and lots more. Extremely scarce. Flyer is folded three times to form 7 1/2-in. x 9 3/4-in.
