Davey learns that The Eel plans to target a plane carrying the U.N. Security Council. UNDERSEA's latest super-agent is Merman, a former Olympic swimmer implanted with artificial gills. Davey and Merman travel to the planet Venus to retake it from Communist space-agents, and get some help from the natives. Another great cover by Kane.
