Unfortunately, the group's call for violence is answered, and rioting begins in the streets! The Sentinel of Liberty and the Falcon try to halt the civil unrest, but soon realize they must focus on the leader of the People's Militia instead. But the shield-slinger finds Batroc the Leaper and his brigade! When did the French mercenary get into the kidnapping business? Something about this caper seems very, very strange.
