Sheila gets Don to fall for her, but he wants her to quit racing in "Smashup!" Plus: Anne and Betty are both dating Eric, although neither is very interested in him. Eric tries to tell each of them that he is seeing someone else, but they both string him along as a joke. When Anne and Betty discover they are both seeing the same person, they decide to show up together at Eric's apartment to see the look on his face. The joke is on them when Jane opens the door, introducing herself as Eric's fiancee in "The Pretenders"! Also: Carole invites her cousin, Jean, to the city to visit for a few weeks. Jean remembers Carole's penchant for stealing boyfriends, but Jean doesn't expect that to be a problem since she doesn't currently have a boyfriend.
