Christmas card for 1936. For decades the Walt Disney Studio produced artwork for the Christmas holiday and sent out a Christmas card every year. This full-color card is a beautifully printed image and one of the best of the early cards (in fact it was a subject for the Walt Disney Classics Collection as a set of statues). 7-in.x 9-in., full color image on postcard stock.

Walt Disney Christmas Parade (1977, #11191 on spine) is a comic book-sized square-bound 228 page (counting covers) reprint of twenty classic Disney Christmas stories featuring a broad array of favorite Disney characters. Included are two Carl Barks stories featuring Uncle Scrooge, Donald Duck, and the boys in "Christmas in Duckburg," and "Search for the Black Pearls." While the cover blurb reads "stories, games, puzzles, and things to do," this is a super-thick comic book with only a few activity pages. Softcover, 228 pages, full color. Starting in 1930, the Walt Disney Company sent out Christmas cards to important individuals in the motion picture industry and internally to Disney staff. For 1935, the studio artists created a booklet featuring Mickey Mouse, Horace Horsecollar, Goofy, Clara Cluck, Donald Duck, Pluto, Clarabelle Cow, Minnie Mouse and the three little pigs and the big bad wolf. Each interior page features an illustration of a character with a four-line poem expanding on the image. Lushly illustrated and printed, this is extremely scarce because of its very limited target audience. 9-in. x 7 1/4-in., 8 total pages, full color.
