Bloody pre-Code crime comics, in imitation of Crime Does Not Pay - including a top-hatted, otherworldly narrator. The twist is that the publisher offers wanted posters (and rewards) for real-life criminals. After his parents are killed, vaudeville sharpshooter Victor decides to use his marksmanship for crime. An early story about juvenile delinquency featuring Jay Jostyn, star of the popular radio crime show "Mr. District Attorney." A mysterious locked suitcase brings death and misfortune to everyone who touches it.
