Tip-Topper Comics collected some of United Features Syndicates most popular comic strips of the 1940s in full color, including Lil Abner and Fritzi Ritz. Fritzi was later known as "Aunt Fritzi" in the Nancy comic strip. Phil helps Fritzi distribute flyers for the charity dance... sort of. It's a comic-strip crossover of sorts, when Joe Jinks must choose between managing Dynamite Dunn or Curly Kayoe (all three of them had their name on the strip at one point or another). Plus a Li'l Abner storyline by Al Capp and the Ripley-like Strange as It Seems. Swimsuit cover by Bushmiller.
