"Headline Hunters!", art by George Frese; Looking for a lead for the school newspaper, Veronica and Archie interview Mr. Weatherbee about a rumor they heard; however, instead of addressing the rumor, Veronica misquotes Mr. Weatherbee about the subject of homework and all sorts of mischief ensues. "In Hollywood," art by Bill Woggon; Katy and Sis respond to their fan mail. Katy believes Sis is being dishonest in her fan mail responses, but Sis proves otherwise. Katy Keene Pin-up ad. "It's only a rumor"; Wilbur, who didn't study for the history exam, thinks it would be nice if something happened to the history exam such that no one had to take it; a chain of events occurs which leads to that very circumstance.
