Cover by Gil Kane, Frank Giacoia, and John Romita Sr. (alterations). Just when the Red Skull appears on the verge of defeat, he activates his sleeper agent: the Falcon! What? So now the Third Reich's master of terror pits the Falcon vs. Captain America! It's a fight Cap doesn't want to fight, but one he has to win -- to stop the Red Skull. Cameo appearances by Sharon Carter and Dave Cox. Flashback cameo by the Red Skull to recap the events of Captain America 117 & 118 and to amend the Falcon's origin.
