M'Shulla fishes through the ice of Lake Michigan; He gets a bite, but the fish is a giant mutant salmon, and it bites him; Volcana Ash blasts it; M'Shulla goes to Carmilla Frost to have his wound dressed; She tells him that Grok is dying from internal bleeding; Meanwhile, Ash tells Killraven about her past; She and her sister, Meloney (or Melonie), were separated when the Martians attacked; Ash became a test subject in a laboratory, where radiation treatments gave her the power to control heat; She used that power to escape; Meloney became a breeder, one of thousands of Eves producing children for the Martians. Killraven tells her, "The Martians have acquired a taste for Earthlings!"; In Death-Birth, Eve 3,031 and Adam 3,031 face giving up their soon-to-be-born child to Atalon the Fear Master. Killraven uses the Holographic Megaphone to address the other Adams and Eves held prisoner outside Death-Birth, telling them to flee once their cell walls come down; Volcana Ash leaves to find her sister, who is one of the Eves, but Melonie does not recognize her; Adam 3,031 uses the Molecule Disruptor to make the prison disappear; Atalon summons the Death Breeders and tells them to attack the fleeing prisoners, hoping that Killraven will stop to defend them and leave himself open for capture. 36 pgs, full color.

Bruce Berry; when they realize there are other's tracks in the snow; Returning to the cave they have holed up in, Killraven goes exploring and soon finds himself captured by a band of black men calling themselves the Brothers; Killraven is taken to their leader the Head Man, who tells Killraven about the persecution of his African-American ancestors and how during the Martian invasion, the majority of blacks fled the cities to seek refuge underground and formed their "Brother" nation; Raised on a culture of hatred of those with white skin, Head Man sentences Killraven to be fed to a giant mutant creature which dwells in the cave water. "Death's Dark Dreamer!", script by Keith Giffen (Co-Plot) and Bill Mantlo (Co-Plot, Script), pencils by Keith Giffen, inks by Al Milgrom; While traveling through the city of Miami on his own, Killraven is drawn into a giant dome which turns out to be the old Miami Museum of Cultural Development; He is lured there by an astronaut who, after a space mission to Mars in the year 1999, found himself bombarded with strange radiation and being put into a coma-like state; Stored in the museum, the dreaming astronaut sought to bring people to the museum in order to rouse him from his long slumber; In order to do so, he uses the building's holographic and virtual reality devices to create constructs from Earth's heroic age, and many of its now deceased heroes, and forcing Killraven to battle them; Killraven is able to battle off and defeat the collection of heroes which have been perverted into almost demonic-looking beings. Brief appearances by Iron Man, Man-Thing, Doctor Strange, the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, and Daredevil. 36 pgs, full color.

"Mourning Prey," script by Don McGregor, art by Craig Russell; Okefenokee Swamp, Florida, January 2020: Killraven and his Freemen have been traveling through the Okefenokee Swamp; When K.R. accidentally kills the cocooned children of a butterfly/human hybrid named Mourning Prey, an altercation occurs between Prey and the Freemen; During the conflict the group splits up; Eventually, K.R. and M'Shulla regroup; They find the others in the company of Ms. Prey, with Old Skull informing her that the death of her children was an accident; With the misunderstanding sorted out, Killraven and his band make peace with the being, and she flies away with the "fliers" that did hatch. 36 pgs, full color.
