Volume 8 - 1st printing. "The Ardennes Offensive - German Forces of the Central Sector!" By Bruce Quarrie. The Order of Battle Series presents the military enthusiast with a new angle on the major battles of history. Supported by comprehensive organization diagrams the forces involved are examined unit-by-unit, including the 'tooth' combat elements and the vital 'tail' support troops. The objectives of the operation are analysed and this 'theory' contrasted with the realities of the battle itself. Order of Battle blows away the fog of war and provides the most detailed information ever published on the great clashes of history and the units which fought them. Softcover, 96 pages, PC/PB&W.
