This issue features Casper the Friendly Ghost. In a meta-story, Casper meets a comic-book artist and tells him about his adventures, which become the stories in this book. Exact reprints (down to the copyright date) of the 1953 Terry and the Pirates mini-comics, originally published by Harvey as a giveaway with Canada Dry products. Milton Caniffs classic adventure comic strip of the 1930s features the exotic adventures of young Terry Lee and two-fisted Pat Ryan.
