Produced by Harvey and sold at Tastee-Freez ice cream stands, each issue featured the Tastee-Freez corporate mascots Tee and Eff, along with popular characters such as Casper, Sad Sack, or Dick Tracy. This issue features Sad Sack. The Sack is sick, but Sarge thinks he's just trying to get out of ditch-digging. A zookeeper finds a use for an annoying parrot who keeps nagging him to clean up the place. An Arctic sawfish decides it wants to eat both the Tastee-Freez treats and the fairy who's transporting them. Casper and Nightmare visit a ghost town, where they meet Two Gun Gus. Then Spooky rides Nightmare to the moon and back. Casper goes to Giant Land and tries to resolve a giant conflict before it can spill over into normal-sized land. A sorcerer switches out Hot Stuff's trident for a fake and tries to start a fight between him and an ogre. Stumbo dreams that he is very small instead of very large, and he doesn't like it one bit.
