"The Summoning!" Written by Marv Wolfman. Art by George Perez and Dick Giordano. This is it, the biggest, and arguably most important, event in the history of the DCU. A wave of unstoppable destructive force is sweeping across the multiverse and indiscriminately destroying everything in its path. Nothing seems able to stop it. Featuring the deaths of the Crime Syndicate of Amerika and Lex Luthor of Earth-3. NOTE: What can I say about "Crisis" accept that it's epic, meaningful, engrossing, and grand in scope. As an eleven year old comic fan, I remember being absolutely blown away by this story.
