This issue reprints strips from January-March 1953. In the wake of Mr. Crimes fall, Odds Zonn seeks to take over his syndicate by first eliminating Dick Tracy. He puts Tracy in a death-trap, then offers him a bribe just for good measure. 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.00.
