This issue reprints the strips from February 22 - March 18, 1962. The faceless fiend known as The Brush swindles charity money by claiming his deformity is the result of radiation. Once Tracy and the police start closing in, he kills his accomplice and goes on the run with a large bag of cash. 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.00.
