Don and Red rescue a shipwreck survivor from a life raft, little suspecting that he's involved in a plot against America. Don discovers that a treasonous yachtsman is using phony depth charges to refuel submerged Nazi U-boats! Plus background on the Don Winslow character and his appearances in other media. Don and his sidekick Red battle agents of Scorpia, a global organization of espionage and sabotage started by Don's foe The Scorpion.
