In 1934, an unknown actor stepped before the microphone to portray Doc Savage, the greatest adventure hero of all time. For 26 episodes, Doc and his gorilla-like companion, Monk Mayfair, fought evil over the nation's airwaves. These never-before-published episodes were the work of Lester Dent, who wrote Doc Savage under the pseudonym of Kenneth Robeson. Although the original broadcast recordings of the legendary Man of Bronze's exploits are lost, these fantastic stories are now being preserved in two volumes for Doc's legion of readers.
