Pioneering comics publisher David McKay's Feature Book was the first US comic book to devote complete issues to a single character. This issue reprinted classic Dick Tracy comic strips from 1936. This "very limited" reprint edition can be easily identified by the reprint notice on the inside front cover. Tracy and the police are puzzled by murders in a hotel, where no bullets can be found.
