Written by Christopher Cantwell. Art by Alex Lins. Cover by Alex Lins. HARD BOILED PLASTIC MAN NOIR FROM FROM EISNER-NOMINATED WRITER CHRISTOPHER CANTWELL AND ARTIST ALEX LINS! Eel O'Brian might be a superhero now--but before he was anything else, he was a crook. Until the accident that turned him into the pliable Plastic Man, Eel was bad to the bone...and just because he no longer has bones doesn't mean that's not still true. When an incident on a Justice League mission leads to catastrophic cellular damage, Plastic Man discovers he just might be out of time to make amends for the past he's tried hard to outrun--or to save the soul of his son, who (unfortunately for him) might have inherited more from dear old Dad than just his superpowers... The Eisner-nominated creative team of Christopher Cantwell (Briar, Doctor Doom, Halt and Catch Fire) and Alex Lins (Monarch) brings you the five words you thought you'd never read: hard-boiled Plastic Man noir! And hey, if we're crazy enough to greenlight that concept, you won't believe the things we're crazy enough to do in this book... 32 pages, full color. Rated T+ Cover price $4.99.

He was the original stretchable super-hero of the 1940s, and now PLASTIC MAN is back in an all-new, all-zany 4-issue mini-series. How zany is it? Take the stretchable power of the really long arm of the law, add to it his amazing ability to assume any shape under the sun, throw in a liberal dose of side-kick Woozy Winks and some of the wackiest bad guys in town, shake it all up with the creative talents of some of the best that comics has to offer...then double that and you'll have some idea of what to expect in the pages of the PLASTIC MAN mini-series. But wacky isn't all you'll find in PLASTIC MAN. There's also slam-bang action, adventure and pathos...all courtesy of writer Phil Foglio, penciller Hilary Barta and inker John Nyberg...not to mention plot and layout assistance from artist Doug Rice, or a series of 'reality checks' provided by artist Kevin Nowlan. What's a 'reality check'? Well, it's a way of injecting a little bit of the real world into the skewed reality of the realm inhabited by PLASTIC MAN, his friends and foes. PLASTIC MAN...you will believe a man can ply. Cover by Barta. Cover price $1.00.

1st printing. The man credited with single-handedly reviving the concept of rock posters as an art form, Frank Kozik was first exposed to the counterculture world of "designer art toys" on a trip to Japan in 1996. His collecting hobby soon mutated into a new profession, and in 2002 Kozik made the leap from illustrator to toy designer. Now considered one of the world's top three underground toy designers, Kozik shares all the secrets of this arcane and cutting-edge art movement in Plasticland. This deluxe oversized volume, the first collected work of Kozik's foray into this explosive new phenomenon, offers a fascinating look at the creation and end result of modern toy design. A dazzling photographic record of all Kozik's production and custom pieces through early 2006, the book also features his new works in serigraphy and oil painting. Frank Kozik has created works for Nike, BASF, Slim Jim, and MTV. He divides his time between San Francisco and Tokyo. Frank Kozik has been the subject of numerous magazine and newspaper articles, including features in Newsweek, Rolling Stone, Spin, and Details.
