The Phantom is framed for a crime and hunted by Achmid Raj, who wants the treasures of Bengali for himself. The Phantom makes a daring leap onto a plane in flight to stop a Phantom impostor who is attempting to steal Bengali treasure. The medicine man of the Bengali tribe, Zulanga, makes more trouble by extorting the Bandar tribe, forcing the Phantom to take a stand. A backup story features art by future Marvel legend Don Perlin.
